1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using any product from MyDevHut Tools (tools.mydevhut.com), you agree to these terms.

2. License & Permitted Use

All products are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as specified. You may NOT: redistribute, resell, share access, or use for illegal purposes.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

Digital products are delivered via secure tokenized download links sent to your email. Links expire in 48 hours with a maximum of 3 downloads. Ensure you enter the correct email at checkout.

4. Manual Payments

For bank/Raast/IBAN payments: provide accurate payment screenshots. False/edited screenshots constitute fraud. Orders are approved at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders.

5. Refund Policy

We offer 7-day refunds for defective products. No refunds after download (unless product is materially different from description). See full Refund Policy.

6. Tool Usage Limits

Tool usage (website analyzer etc.) is governed by your plan. Abuse of free tier (proxies, automation) will result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All products are owned by MyDevHut. Unauthorized distribution of purchased products is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
