Short version: 7-day refunds for defective products. No refunds for digital downloads once accessed. Contact us first — we always try to resolve issues.
Eligible for Refund
- Product is materially different from its description
- File is corrupt or unreadable
- Technical issue that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
- Duplicate purchase (same product bought twice)
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
- Product has been successfully downloaded and used
- Changed your mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your specific setup (check requirements before purchase)
- Request made after 7 days of purchase
- Violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@mydevhut.com with:
- Your order number (MDH-XXXXXXXX)
- Reason for refund
- Screenshots of the issue (if technical)
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
